One night, that plan changed. A simple question came up: Why not become the dispatcher first? There was already experience working with dispatchers and handling dispatch-related responsibilities while on the road. Instead of immediately purchasing a truck, the decision was made to learn the dispatching side of the industry first. Dispatch training was taken, and Trailblazer Shipment began building the foundation from dispatching.
That decision did not take the company away from the original goal. It became the first phase of the larger vision.
